disabilities and are the lead partner for the Edinburgh Supported
Employment Consortium (ESEC) is a partnership of organisations who
have come together to deliver a supported employment service on
behalf of the City of Edinburgh Council.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employability
Manager to transform the employment prospects of people who have
disabilities in Edinburgh. The Delivery Manager is responsible for
supporting the partner organisations (The Action Group, ENABLE
Scotland, Forth Sector, Intowork) to meet their contractual
obligations, meet quality standards and deliver their agreed
performance targets. The Delivery Manager also liaises with the
ESEC consortium board and have direct responsibility for the
delivery of the contract.
The role of the Delivery Manager is to lead the All in Edinburgh
service, ensuring it delivers performance and quality standards,
meets compliance and contractual requirements and developing new
opportunities to support people who have disabilities into work.
Leading a small team of Senior Employment Coordinators, supporting
their development as leaders and ensuring the wider team deliver
high quality services.

• An awareness of learning disability and employability societal
issues in Scotland
• Experience of designing and delivering training
• Experience of strategic development and innovation
• Ability to write grant applications and tenders
• Resilience in reacting to and resolving challenges
• Delivering high performance and quality to agreed
• Managing compliance to contractual and legal standards
• Full, clean driving license
