CashBack to the Future: Creative Evenings

7 May 2018

Free drama, art & music workshops for 12-19 year olds in Edinburgh City Centre & Leith

Are you a budding actor? Want to take part in fun, varied performance activities that are led by you and others your age? Want to learn about drawing, painting and other visual arts from a professional? Or do you want to learn new musical instruments and write and record your own songs?

Cashback to the Future Creative Evenings are free sessions run by Impact Arts, giving 12-19 year olds the chance to work with professional artists, actors and musicians as part of fun, welcoming and engaging creative workshops.

You don't need any experience - just come along and try it out! Here's what's coming currently running:

  • Drama & Art Workshops Every Friday, 1.30pm - 3.30pm at Canongate Youth, 6 Infirmary Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LT. Running until 15 June 2018
  • Music Workshops Every Friday, 6pm - 7.30pm at Citadel Youth Centre, 175 Commercial St, Edinburgh EH6 6JE. Running until 22 June 2018.

The sessions run on a weekly basis - you can just drop in for your first session and see if it's your thing.

Creative Evening sessions are running in preparation for the CashBack to the Future summer programme for 2018, which starts on 3 July 2018 and will run for four weeks at National Museum of Scotland, Tuesday - Friday each day.
