Caselink and GDPR

As you know in May 2018 the General Data Protection Register will come into operation. 
Over the last 12 months we have been looking at Caselink to ensure that it is compatible with this and that the paperwork and procedures in place are in keeping with the new regulations. 
I would like to invite Caselink Users to attend a meeting where I will explain what this means practically.
In addition to myself contract managers will be in attendance to answer questions regarding the level of details to hold in notes, how evidence should be uploaded, etc. 
I also hope to highlight the results of the user feedback that occurred last autumn. 
The event will take place at Norton Park in the large hall. From 10-13.00 on the 2nd May (agenda and exact timings to follow).
If you are interested please email me and I will put your name down on the list. If we are oversubscribed I may have to get back to organisations which have nominated multiple attendees and limit attendance as I would like to ensure that all organisations using Caselink can at least have one attendee.
